Returns/Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent online order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached. Return items must not be washed, worn or altered. All online returns will be credited to the original form of payment.  Returns for online shopping refunds must be requested with in 30 days of receiving your order. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, upon processing of the returned item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement.  Refunds will not include any shipping fees.  If you would like to exchange for an alternate side we will be happy to assist you with that as well.  All clearance items are final sale, no returns or exchange.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You may request a tracking number if you choose to track your package.
